PVSAT-6 Call for Papers

Contributions are invited for the following topics:

  1. photovoltaic cells and materials
  2. characterisation
  3. manufacturing processes
  4. photovoltaic systems, including system modelling, design and components
  5. performance measurement and field experience
  6. policy issues, including economics, market development and environment

The submission of high quality abstracts is encouraged for all fields covered by the conference. Please follow the guidelines below to submit an abstract.

Abstract Preparation

Abstracts are invited for oral and poster presentation. All papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Papers will be subjected to a stringent review process and will only be accepted based on their merits.

The abstract should be prepared in English, single-spaced, using Times New Roman 10 pt font with margins of 2.5 cm and using Microsoft Word. The abstract must not exceed 1 page A4 and should be sent by email to info@uk-ises.org . The message should have a subject starting with ‘PVSAT-6 Abstract Submission’; the file should be named with the surname of the first author (and a running number if more than one paper is submitted, e.g. Surname1).

The abstract should include: applicable subject area, full title, names and affiliations of the authors including full contact details for the author for correspondence, purpose of the work, scientific approach, relevance and a summary of the results and conclusions

Abstracts must be submitted by the 18th December 2009, later submissions will only be considered in exceptional circumstances.

All Abstracts received are reviewed by the PVSAT Scientific and Technical Committee chaired by Prof Nicola Pearsall, Northumbria University.

Authors will be notified by 1st February 2010 and, for inclusion in the conference proceedings which are distributed to each delegate at the conference, the full paper of accepted submissions will then have to be submitted by Wednesday 3rd March 2010.
